had sandwich provided during lunch break at meeting and declined invitation to 2nd lunch afterwards. Instead had serving of veg and fruit at home. Had to push to get myself to begin aerobics, but once I got going, did 60' with no problem and followed with 15' yoga. Good beginning to week-end.
