Okay, so here it is, Nov. 1st, day after the Halloween candy-fest. And a GREAT day to start the 21-day fix! First, here are the stats for the challenge:
Body fat 39.2%
BMI 27.9
waist 33.5"
hips 40.5"
thigh 23.25"
arm 12.5"
The arm is the hardest measurement, and tbh I'm okay with the measurement, I just want to change the shape & firm it up some more. Also, being honest about the 3 lbs I lost & regained over October🙄 So hard to lose, so easy to regain. But that's okay, it's just time to get to work! So, the plan is as follows:
1. Actually STICK WITH the 21-day fix diet for the full 21 days,
2. Track everything on FatSecret, and
3. Get in 1 hour exercise every day
Also hoping to lose 10 lbs over the next 3 weeks, but I realize I may not lose that much. 6-8 lbs may be more reasonable, but nothing will happen if I don't get BUSY! Got to change my morning habits & start exercising, time's a wasting!
