New low albeit barely. Note: Choose lunch options that do not come in a tortilla wrap. Waisted calories and carbs that hinder my progress.
No real plan today which is a problem. Plan is to make a plan for the work week.
Meanwhile, water, steps, avoid the tortilla wraps, and focus on better choices among available options until i can create a plan with better options.
Today will be a glorious day but the fight continues.
