I remember why I used to track...so effective for me! So much of my trouble keeping weight on is due to not realizing I'm not eating enough. Simple as that. I feel hungry, sure, but I might not realize I've only had 1200 calories in a day if I've had a large dinner. This app helps me remember that I need to get some earlier in the day as well, or I end up short. Three days of tracking and I'm up three pounds. That is a huge success for me. Now, if I could just manage to eat healthier food...
