Well that's less of a catastrophe than it could have been. I ate sugar. sugar begets brain fog which begets sugar. by sugar I mean carbohydrates in any form. it all breaks down to a sugar in the blood, and then the brain goes, and then I go all the way around the cycle again.
I've got another blood monitor in my arm now, was shocked to see myself at 16 mmol/l or whatever it measures. I didn't know I could go that high. 5 months off the wagon and only retrieved 3.8kg all up, I should consider myself lucky.
after 2 days of insane vaccilations, blood sugars now under 10. Ish. sometimes.
Dr wants me on insulin. not a chance.
