Yesterday was a busy day. I did some shopping for the kids, I also cut the grass...finally and weeded most of my flower beds...still have more work to do outside. I am also got in a great work out. I managed to fit into a pair of jeans I have not worn in a while...I was excited about that! Almost time to go shopping...I will by myself a new pair of jeans once I get within 5 lbs of my goal weight and stay there for at least 3 weeks. So hopefuly soon!
After a few day of higher calories, today I am back down to 1468 for the next 2 days, it will probably by a little harder but hopefully I will be able to stay within my range!
Yesterday's workout Treadmill - 60 minutes Weights upper body - Bench press 3 sets of 20 reps with 25 lb. weights 150 calf pumps 3 sets of 20 reverse push ups
