This is kind of wild I’m moving from having lost half of my body weight to 2/3rds ! when you get so overweight and unhealthy it’s sometimes impossible to see how any change will happen. It’s very hard to see how you can change, and get your life and health back. It takes so long to lose the huge amount of weight, that at first you don’t really notice it. Then you find you have been posting on fatsecret for almost 2 years 😂 just since April I’m down 12 kilos I was 67 kilos then. It’s quite incredible I am able to head into summer healthy, happy and a size 8. My main goal now is working on my stomach and toning up loose skin. I’m up to 200 crunches a day. I feel if I can build up abdominal muscle it will improve my physique. The stomach and upper thighs are my problem areas. My arms have recovered well adding muscle has helped any skin issues there. Does anyone know how many crunches a day you need to get a six pack?
55.8 kg Lost so far: 94.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hit your abs from every angle as you lean out they will become visible..I have allot of body fat covering my abs but still train the ab muscle for overall functionality..💪🏼

@eds hey thanks so much for the reply. I knew someone would have some tips. I’ve been doing them for 5 months now started at like 100 per day and I’ve been doing 150 a day and 250 a day for the last 40 days. I can feel my abs when I do the crunches and I can flex them. There is no sign of them on my stomach because that’s where most of the remaining fat on me is. I wasn’t sure if crunches are enough ? I’m working to increase by a 100 reps a month. When you say all angles should I add in side crunches ?

i have starrted cardio and weights i started out to lose weight now i am focusing on losing fat and gaining muscle from what i have been leqrning if you get to about 15%body fat you will see a six pqck abs are made in the kitchen rather than the gym per se
