I thought I had shook the 190s but I guess they want to hang on a bit longer. That’s okay. Feeling pretty strong from my workouts and my diet has been decent and steady. Still trying to fine tune my macros with less fat. I think I have always just naturally replaced carbs with fats. Have a super Monday everyone!
