Started the Atkins diet on (9/18/14) after over ten years from trying before, doing it more correctly this time. I think I have reached the trace level of ketosis with this mornings test. I have had three very good days of atkins thus far, with tight control of my net carbs. The first day was about 35g net carbs though. I lost 3.3 lbs. this week.
