Overall had a decent loss for the week. Only 2 more pounds to my mini goal for the month.
Nice weather this morning, mild temps and no clouds. Did my run/walk outdoors. Started with a mile run and then went into intervals. Pretty tiring as I try to get back into shape. Next week I try to increase my initial run and drop those next 2 pounds. I WILL DO THIS!
