I got my water in. I'm not sure about the net carbs because I ate some Adkins products that said they has 2 net carbs but Fat Secret counted it as 15 net carbs.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Comments 
With the Atkins products, look for food database entries that say (minus sugar alcohols). Some of them, I had to add into my custom food database to be able to get the right net carbs.
