Good Monday morning down only 1 pound and barely that. I am not feeling the drastic weight loss as when I first started, but it's ok keep on keeping on!! I got this.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
