Had a horrible 2 weeks, funerals, feeling emotional drained, stressed and anxious. Was in training and also studying for a couple of exams. i Feel off and let my emotions get the better of me, im feeling HORRIBLE i miss eating paleo and sugar and grains are making me feel like sh*t (Excuse my french) and i missed eating clean, not to mention that my skin (which was looking absolutely amazing these past months) is now looking terrible.
