Holiday weekends & vacations are tough on maintainin / losing weight. The 4th of July weekend has the entire family together for 4 days, and there is almost nothing eaten that is not loaded with fat and bad carbs. Oh well, I'll be back to my normal regimen on 7/5. Life is short and there are times when it is OK to eat what one would not normally eat.
