I find that having a good set of resistance bands is great. before bed I often do some basic upper body movements for about 10 minutes. I find it gets the heart going and helps me sleep, often burn just afew extra calories as a result too. No, Not the gym, but better than no activity at all.

I actually went for a 5km walk last night which was great
Will see if I can do some form of activity tonight as well
