Yesterday was a phenomenal day. I increased my upper body weights and stayed well within my calorie range.

Yesterday's workout
150 crunches
75 leg raises on each side
4 sets of 12 bench press with 45 lb weights
3 sets of 12 upper arm weights - 50 lb weights
60 minutes treadmill - 3.0 speed on a 10.0 incline

Measurements (Athletic)
Body Fat% - 25.1
Muscle Mass% - 41.5
Body Water% - 56.6
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
