Hi everyone, I have had a bad couple of weeks . It keeps on happening I find myself in a good space . And then bang I am again on my knees . So we start again .

Hi,,,,I know,,, I Know it's so hard and like you said bad eating habits come from how you cope with life and what it flings at you. What I know is that honesty is key and finding out the triggers to eating....my mum was addicted to food and food has been a battle during the generations....I told myself just what the last comment ...Keep going...😁

That sound awful being up and down all the time but you seem to keep getting up that's shows amazing strength and courage fighting for the lifestyle you want💪 x
