I got excited mom's scales said I was down even more than mine do!! I guess I have to stick with the one I been using, kinda disappointed that I am not loosing more at one time!! it's ok I am not gonna give up eating better, me feeling better is of most importance!!!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
