My ankles and shins have been swollen all week. I have a Dr’s appt. to discuss several things. This has to be fluid retention. You just don’t gain 5 lbs in 1 week not eating above your calorie limit, even if the foods aren’t the healthiest. I have congestive heart failure and am worried.
