I woke up at 3:30am with the worst headache and I have not been able to shake it. I have been drinking lots of water, since usually when I get a headache like this I am dehydrated. I am about to eat breakfast. As far as my workout goes, today, I plan to cut the grass. It usually takes me 2 hours or so with the push mower, so that will count as my workout. In the mean time I am going to drink plenty of water to help stay hydrated!

Details of yesterday's workout:

150 crunches
3 sets of 12 reps (40 lb weight) bench press
3 sets of 15 reps (45 lb weight) arm exercise
75 leg raises on each side
35 min treadmill at 3.0 - 3.5 speed with a 5 incline
25 min treadmill at 4.0 speed with no incline
64.6 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
