Was hoping to be under 160 after 6 weeks of not being able to weigh, but hey that's still pretty good I guess. Especially when I went from exercising 3 times a week, to sitting on my rear pretty much all the time.
73.4 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
