It's rough to have to sit tight, waiting for the scale to respond to our efforts! I knew a person whose weight loss only showed up on the scale every 2 weeks, with a small gain sometimes inbetween. Once she had figured out this was a regular pattern she didn't stress about it anymore, and in
fact found it kind of amusing.
