I will face the music and list my present weight which is back up 8 of the 10 lbs that I lost earlier this year. Today is (again) day 1 of not having any sweets or wine. My intermittent fasting is fine leaving myself an eating window of about 7 hours. My gentle jogging on my mini-trampoline is inconsistent so my ten minutes today is acceptable but probably I can slowly increase it. My only poor decision in eating was the amount of bread I had for dinner with my salmon and green beans. The only other food I had was a nice big bowl of oatmeal with whipping cream and a few strawberries for brunch, black coffee, and herb tea. It's a start!
