Glory be, I finally lost another 1/2 lb. Assuming I hang on to this, that would be a 1 1/2 lb loss for the week, not the 3 lbs I was hoping for but progress nonetheless. Tonight we'll be going to a movie, but I'm going to eat leftovers before I go & limit myself to a bit of popcorn. Tomorrow is Easter Sunday, so we're not eating out 'cause I'm sure restaurants will be very busy. I've got a recipe for banana pancakes I want to try, plus a sour cream lemon pie for Sunday dinner. We'll be having ham, scalloped potatoes (though I'm not sure I'll be eating any of those) & fresh green beans. I'll also need to get in my 4 mile walk & some other exercise. Dinner will probably be more leftovers, yup....
