I support your endeavors 100%. Workouts for me are more for my mental health than my physical health some days. Here’s to your overall health from A to Z!!! I wish you well and am here to support you. Wade in slow and work it up gradually to avoid injury. Take rest days and give it your very best. I can guarantee you, before you know it, You will love this routine. 💖

Joined my local gym under silver sneakers. Wish they had a pool. I love water aerobics! You got this! Slow and steady .. for us. We’ve got this.
