Beginning a new phase of my fitness journey. I was limited to home workouts & due to accommodation uncertainty couldn't commit to a gym membership. Regardless, I made considerable progress & was hovering around 80kgs. Finally moved house, great location with positive vibes. Then a series of injuries. chipped elbow bone and torn thumb/wrist ligament doing mechanic work, followed by a partial Achilles tear skateboarding. Stressful period at work including doing graveyard shift with no car as a moron smashed into it. Then contracted COVID in January. Cue 2 rounds of epic flooding disaster. I've emerged from the maelstrom. Injuries are now manageable and the heat of summer is waning. A few days ago,I joined a very well-equipped local gym that is a rebranded former World Gym and have already trained the last 2 days. Let's go
