Need to loose 10 lbs in 30 days. Problem is I've been living off a diet of candy for the last 1.5 months. This will be a challenge to quit the sweets cold turkey but I can do it! As of yesterday Im on a mission to do the best I can by exercising daily and eating healthy yesterday was day 1.
64.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
