Up quite a bit this morning, fully expected that. Lots of water weight and still jammed full of food I'm sure.

Day 1 of my P90X/P90X+/One-on-One With Tony Horton hybrid workout. Replacing Plyometrics with Interval X Plus and Yoga X with Fountain of Youth Yoga.

Decided to reboot my routine after getting so far off track in the last four weeks of P90X. Felt like I was out of rhythm and had a hard time getting back into routine.

I think mixing it up with some shorter, but intense, workouts on my non-lifting days will help out my motivation.

Did well on Chest & Back this morning. Ab Ripper X absolutely murdered me, probably because of my lax workout ethic in the previous weeks.

I fully expect to be back down around 175 by the end of next week, if not sooner.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
