Ok. Weigh in this morning and not too many surprises. The weight gain is more than I expected but I am not surprised. I didn’t do much healthy eating or exercise on my trip. And the week before that I was taking it easy at the gym. The great news is percent body fat is down!! So maybe the weight gain is all muscle! ;).

What was funny/sad when doing the body scan was watching the %BF start shooting up really fast when it scanned my middle. It’s obvious that’s where the majority of my body fat is, but nearly a quarter of my body fat is there!
Ok, it’s a light day at the gym, in reality a rest day. I am getting the lower back to have more movement in it, especially after sitting in a plane and sleeping on unfamiliar mattresses it needs sone targeted care. Then back to the weights
