I am stuck again not for lack of trying. I am doing a lot of exercise and building muscle so I am not too concerned. My stomach is flat so I know all the pilates is working even if the scale isn't. I may need to get more protein and less carbs. Oh well keep plugging along it will come off eventually!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like you're losing inches, which is so much better than the number just getting lower. Great job...I love pilates too!!
