I started eating a little more this week but I went to the gym almost every day. tired, sore, but making progress. I was able to do sets of dips and pull ups with my body weight this week which is a big deal for me. feels great. Thank you everyone for your ongoing support.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 49.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
