1st power walk was 6 AM the 2nd was at 6:30 PM (this was a brisk 4/mph with 2 degrees on the treadmill) with an est total calorie burn of 1175 calories.
Summary ate 1422 calories burned 1175 calories. Down 5 lbs since Monday.
Today was a great day. Having a great weak. Missing some alcohol and snacks.
I guess I should be happy that I got my fast food fix in for the week.
