So not the dramatic weight loss I was expecting. But a loss none the less. I will work harder. I had an iced coffee yesterday morning and today, no more though. I allotted for the calories but still, probably shouldnt drink so much of it. I have been sticking to my other weekly goals though. Today I will do the shred video and then some yoga too to get that in there. I spent 5hrs shooting pics today for my church's camp. Lotta work, but was proud of myself for bringing such an awesome and healthy lunch. I didnt eat crap or anything. I had a southwest salad with beans and corn and hummus and pretzels. I had a good time today. I am kinda wiped though but I know I need the workout, maybe tomorrow I will see a difference on the scale. Hoping to be 160 by Sunday, I know its a lot but who knows, maybe.
ugh I threw away my salad and cant find it on here so I had to put in something else. But this salad kit was too cool, only 150 calories, had chicken, corn and black beans, lettuce and dressing. I got it at sheetz.
