The shock one feels when stepping on the scale is real 😳. I’m not sure what happened over the weekend during my travels, but I can assure you we will have success going forward!
108.0 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@TimVail more than just fluid. When I fly anywhere it usually takes a few days to get my system back to normal. I think todays recording is closer to my round 2 starting weight. 😆
