Tiny gain over the weekend, but I'm not too worried about it. I experimented with new yummy recipes and foods that I have never cooked before. It was fun! I'll probably talk about that more another time. For now, here's a little video about the fruit smoothies I have for breakfast every morning:

Good for you for not worrying about the slight gain over the weekend. For me I know that just being out of my normal routine causes me to retain a little water but after a day or so into the week I'm good to go. =) Cool way to share your breakfast by the way... YUM!! =)
