Been eating 1200 calories a day. Drinking 2 litres water a day. Carbs under 35 a day. Exercise 4 days a week 1.5 hours a day. Scale just moving up. Can this be muscle 😱. Don't have a tape measure to measure myself uurrgghhh. 😭
