Waist 104 cm, 41 inches. OMAD (one meal a day) yesterday, but ate too much. I should stop when full. I did not need the extra vegetables. Going for OMAD again today. In fact I should have fasted yesterday. I wasn't hungry. I must remember to eat when hungry, and stop when full. Which means not eat when not hungry, and that I will not feel good eating past satiety.
