I'm a little late for flex Friday. I think I'll get to 120 before New Years. I can definitely tell I'm bigger than a couple months ago. My dumbell collection is growing and I'm no longer lifting the ones made for brittle old grandmothers, lol. Kitten is old enough to be left alone so I've gotten back to running and lifting regularly. Feeling pretty good overall. Merry Christmas everyone!

Good progress! I've been using stretchy-bands instead of dumbells. Still using the X-Light ones, but they're getting easier. Looking forward to getting more muscles like you!
