I am so so grumpy today,😠 I never am, so then I am irritated with that, and I get grumpier!😠 I think lack of sleep, and time is getting to me. I was set off when the dog was whinny about getting on the bed, I stop what I was doing, irritated, put him on the bed and then sat in my chair. Then he started whining again that he wanted down. I tried to ignore him, but he whined louder and louder and my husband was sleeping, so I had to go let him down! That broke the camel’s back and I am now telling inanimate objects off and insulting them, as if they understood. 😠 I thought though, being angry is burning 🔥 more calories, so I looked up how many and it was stated, all other factors being equal, untended stress and anger could result in an unplanned weight gain!😖 Dang!!! I better go make coffee, that will probably save me. ☕️☕️☕️ I hope everyone is having a better day and didn’t wake up on the wrong side off the bed. 😖 The world is wrong side up. It needs to be turned upside down in order to be right side up today! I know I am going through a phase, just like the moon, it was full last night, that might even be the reason, damn moon! 🌕😠 Early morning cheerfulness can be extremely obnoxious!!😠 They say you can’t change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust your sails to always reach a better destination. So I am trying, yet I am sure the boom will break!😠 Well Becky, no sweetness here!
