I am working with a trainer and taking shadow boxing classes.
I am 'turning in' my salt shaker, and the refill and my soy sauce! AHHHHH! I confessed my salt addiction to my trainer yesterday and he is making me quit so I can see how much I bloat with all the salt and diet soda. Yes, he is taking the Coke Zero too! It better work because these things are my favs.
Since working out more I have GAINED, but I am hoping that my appetite will settle down and the muscle that I am developing will eat some of the poundage!
