Feeling great!!! I have worked up a new workout split, I will be starting it Monday. It will be (Monday- Back/bi's) (Tuesday- Light Cardio) (Wednesday- Chest/Shoulders/Tri's) (Thursday- Light cardio) (Friday- Legs) (Saturday- Arms) (Sunday- REST.) I feel this split will give me the results that I am looking for, while still being simple enough to stick to. I am very excited for how far I've gotten so far.
