Well, it's coming off once again! I'm so happy! But I'm really glad I only have to do Phase 1 for 2 weeks because it is totally boring.
I did, however, try a couple recipes from the book and they were actually very good. I will try to post them tonight.
The next thing I have to do is start exercising. I have a stationery bike in my family room facing the TV so I should be able to peddle and watch TV at the same time.
