Post thanksgiving weigh in. Weight remained the same. Somehow my %body fat jumped up a full percent!? It’s like almost where I was to start back in March. I doubt this is correct.
Hurt my wrist so not doing heavy lifting. On a stationary bike at the gym this morning. Mind numbing comes to mind. I just can’t do a bike machine or treadmill or row machine. Staying in one spot while doing that doesn’t work for me. But until the wrist is feeling better it’s what I have available. Guess I could just ride my own bike around town but that’s too obvious a solution.
