Wow I feel good. Finally back to my losing streak after a long time of not. I think it is because I have been getting more sleep at night the past few nights, which I firmly believe makes a huge difference.
I bought a pair of shorts yesterday, not capris. This is only my 2nd pair I have bought since losing weight. I didnt want to buy them because I thought they were too shot but my Gram said they werent. I have them on now. I dont feel hideous. lol. Uncomfortable a little only because I feel like people will look and remark. You know whats weird, when I was fat I felt like a thin girl trapped in a fat girls body. Last night as I was sitting waiting for my husband to come pick me up from exercising I felt like a fat girl in a thin girls body. I mean I had to remind myself that people werent staring at this fat girl sitting there on the steps. Weird! I should work on that.
Oh side note, for those of you that follow my food diary please note I have not been putting everything in. Not because I am ashamed or anything but because we have been making a lot of home made stuff and I dont feel like putting all the ingredients in. lol
