I cannot remember when last I was at this weight, probably 2013 somewhere, and I never want to go back to where I was. At my heaviest, I was 115kg. I am tall (179cm) so currently I am just 5 kg away from a healthy weight for my height. I feel much better, sleep better and actually opt for the healthy foods now and crave veggies or green apples. :-) We had to decide between pizza and salad last night, and I could not decide on a pizza (apart from the veggie one) that sounded good to me so we ended up making the most amazing chicken cobb. I want to try and push to see if I can get as close to 80kg as possible by Christmas, and am aiming to be in the 70's (even if it is 79.5kg) by the new year. And this coming year, there will be NO RESOLUTIONS and pressure and guilt to reach a certain weight and fall in the healthy weight range by a certain time.... 2022 will be a year of freedom, exploring, enjoying, living!!
