Trying to balance out exercise and calories. I was looking at the Biggest Loser and saw how one person was exercising 4 hours a day and lost nothing and another female was running 7 miles a day and only lost 2 pounds for the week. I wish I new the science behind that.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week

Who has time to exercise 4 hours a day in the real world? If I ran 7 miles I think my knees would blow out.... ouch! Thanks for your positive comments and helpful hints. Much appreciated.
