Protocol for today: More water, More veggies, Compression stockings + Prunes 🙄😮😖😲😁
No candy for me yesterday...Yay...but it was a close call 😥 After shopping at the thrift store for over an hour, I was standing in line to check out. Hadn't eaten for hours, no fluids either...grabbed a SHARE size bag of peanut M&Ms, flipped it over to see 200 calories. Well! That's not so bad, I thought as I took another step forward in the waiting line. Then I looked again and saw that that was the calories for 1 of 3 servings! ACK!! I almost ate 600 calories on the way home from shopping! I literally tossed the bag back on the shelf as the lady called me to the register. Whew....that was close! 😉😁😂 Went back to the car and ate 10 of the grapes I had brought along (just in case). YES!! 🏆🎯🔨 Nailed it!
