What in the world!? I gained over two pounds overnight 😂 I didn't even know that was possible. This is the first time I've ever paid this much attention to my weight. I'm sure it's just water weight, but it's definitely encouraging to see the scale tip up a little for once. Still had a little bit of a headache this morning and decided to forgo my normal coffee for a pair of Excedrin. Feeling much better now. I think I'm sensitive to something in the Mass Gainer protein powder I've been using that made me feel super sick. These sensitivities/allergies are what caused my eating disorder in the first place, so it's a little frustrating that the easiest tool I have to gain weight makes me sick. I guess I'll have to switch to hamburgers or something, lol. Still waiting on a BM, but I feel things movin around in there today, so I feel like I'll be out of the woods soon. Thanks for all the support! You guys and gals have all been great to me.
