Official weigh in today. Almost back to where I was last month. Better news for me is %body fat back to its lowest level since measuring it and also visceral fat level at a new low! I am liking the downward trend on all three of these indicators. Now is the time for a big push before the holidays come storming in on me. Fortunately thanksgiving this year is at in laws and they don’t have as many food traditions as my family does so that holiday should not be as bad. Then Christmas and my daughter most certainly will be baking lots of goodies and of course the goodies we bake as a family to take to friends and family. But that’s two months away I need to focus on the now and keep the numbers going down.

As soon as the last guest left from the summer, (seemed we were entertaining the entire summer) I made a note I had 2.5-3 months to prepare for the chaos that are the holidays. Working to stay ahead of the game or to at least be able to maintain a decent weight.
