Worked in the yard a bunch this weekend. Clearing trees and brush and mulching. It didn't feel like a workout Saturday or Sunday but today my shoulder and legs are both aching. Probably a water retention jump.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
